I am a HR consultant RH at Sofrecom, after having worked many years as an operational HR. I have worked a lot before moving towards consultancy on skills development and social relationships, as well as on the digitalization of human resources.
Today, my consultancy missions are built around the re-engineering of HR processes, the support of HR transformation projects, and the writing of studies or benchmarks. Consultancy helped me acquire more distance about the HR function and the optimization of its activities. I like to build operational tools and methodologies which will help the managers and employees and will support the strategy and performance, and to prepare the evolutions.
