At Sofrecom, my role consists in providing my expertise in customer experience, retail, product marketing, and project management to telecommunication firms.

In France and abroad, I am involved in marketing projects such as the implementation of new solutions to enrich customer experience.

 

My previous jobs at Orange have made me knowledgeable on innovation topics, value-added services. Through them, I was also able to acquire experience in mobile offers and devices marketing. I am used to working in different and very competitive markets, and in diverse cultural environments.

 

I hold a Master’s degree from the Rennes Business School Diplômé de l’ESC Rennes.

I am passionate about technologies and innovation, and I like writing on topics that I regularly address through my missions.
