I am a strategic marketing consultant for Sofrecom’s consulting unit.
My main missions are to give a strategic vision of the evolution of the telecom sector and to accompany customers in their transformation. Within the framework of my various missions, I have been able to accompany my clients on the subject of authentication means for access to digital services.
I have a Master’s degree in European Affairs at IAE Lyon. During my years of study, I had the opportunity to do several internships and work-study programs in different sectors: telecommunications, hospitality and zero-carbon transition. Through my experiences at Orange and Engie Solutions, I specialized in market research, international business intelligence and customer experience. I had the opportunity to participate in major marketing projects at Orange including the customer experience monetization project, multi-SIM and multi Device, IoT and 5G.
Passionate about innovation, I like to identify new digital trends and the impact of digital in the service offering and customer experience strategy.
