I discovered the subject of conversational agents during my studies at the ITM-BS. I was able to deepen my knowledge in this field thanks to my dissertation on the following topic: “What are the ethical issues of voice assistants for clients and companies?”
As a consultant, I carried out a study on the state of the art of Chatbot usage within the Orange group and on the future of chatbots.
I was also able to work on the design of BtoE Chatbot at Orange, and BtoC at Sofrecom, on the bot training and UX writing parts.
Today, it’s as a Business Analyst that I work on new projects.
