I joined the Sofrecom’s team as a Consultant in Market studies and Project Management after graduating of ESC Rouen where I studied Strategic and Operational Marketing. This academic background greatly helped me build an evolutionary journey in Strategy and Market research designs. This resulted in trainings and other professional experiences where I developed good analytical and synthetical skills, with the ability to understand the telco market’s context and advise on industry best practices.
I worked in environments with an international dimension for a notorious telecommunications’ operator, and hence effectively adapt the modes of support I brought to the subsidiaries of this player aiming at providing the promised quality of service to the customers.
Customer Experience, Brand Tracking and Strategic Marketing are topics that I particularly like to work on, and to which I am associated as part of my missions at Sofrecom.
